The website ourevent.co.il is operated under the name OurEvent. These terms apply to anyone who browses the site or contacts us through it.

What the site offers

The site gives information about shows, dancers and strippers for events, and lets you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone to check availability and get a quote. The content, including the plan the planner builds, is general information and an example only. It is not a binding offer and does not guarantee availability on any date.

A booking is made only after we send you a written quote for your event and you approve it. The quote lists the acts, the times, the price, the payment terms and the change and cancellation terms for that event.

18+ shows

Some content on the site is about shows for adult audiences only and is intended for visitors aged 18 and over. 18+ shows are booked only for private parties where everyone present is an adult, and they are dance and entertainment shows only. Sexual services are not part of the service and will not be provided under any circumstances.

A performer may stop a show, or not start it, if minors are present, if the agreed conditions are not met, or if anyone present behaves in an abusive or unsafe way. In that case, settlement follows the terms of the approved quote.

The client's responsibilities

• give correct details about the event: place, time, number of people and the nature of the event;
• make sure the venue suits the booked act, and for fire acts get approval from the venue or the owner;
• have one contact person reachable by phone on the day;
• treat the performers with respect and not film them without their consent.

Prices, payment and cancellations

Prices are not published on the site because they depend on the type of show, the number of performers, the date and the distance. The terms of each event, including any deposit and the cancellation policy, are set in the written quote and bind you only after you approve it.

Site content

The texts, design and structure of the site belong to OurEvent and may not be copied, published or distributed without prior written permission. Any photos on the site are for illustration, and the show itself may look different.

Limitation of liability

We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but it is provided as is. OurEvent is not liable for damage caused by use of the general information on the site, by a technical fault, or by third-party services such as WhatsApp and phone carriers.

Changes, law and jurisdiction

These terms may change from time to time. The version on this page on the day you browse is the one that applies, and a change does not affect a quote you have already approved. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
