How to book a show for your event
Four steps, from your first WhatsApp message to the moment the performers go on. What you send, what you get and what we settle at each step.
Booking a show for your event takes four steps: first contact, a quote and plan, the details, and the night itself. Most of it happens in messages, and one phone call is usually enough to close whatever is still open. If you are still choosing, start with the dancers, strippers and shows for events and come back with an idea.
Step 1: message us on WhatsApp or call
There is no form on the site. Use the WhatsApp or call buttons, and your message goes straight to the person who coordinates the events. If your date is not final, send two or three options and we will check them all at once.
You can also start with a question rather than a booking: will a fire show work in a particular garden, how long does a special entrance take, what to do when half the guests do not dance. We answer those before you commit to anything.
Step 2: a quote and a first plan
Once we have the details, we come back with availability, a quote and a first plan. The plan follows the stages of the evening: what happens at the reception, the entrance, the main show and on the dance floor, and roughly when each act goes on.
You can change the plan as many times as you need. Add an act, drop another, swap fire for LED when it turns out the hall does not allow fire. The price is updated with each change, so there are no surprises at the end.
Want to see a plan before you write? Pick an event and a venue here, and the planner builds a draft you can send us as it is:
Pick an event type first.
Your plan

Price and availability are set in the chat, by date and place.
Step 3: the details
When the plan is agreed, we go over the small things that make the difference on the day:
- arrival time for the performers and an exact time for each act;
- music for the show, or a special song for the couple's entrance;
- coordination with the DJ, the producer or the venue manager;
- a room or corner where performers can get ready and change;
- parking or a drop-off point, especially for acts with fire, LED or large feathers;
- one contact person at the venue who is not the host.
Step 4: on the day
The performers come early, change and wait for the cue you agreed on. If the schedule slips, which happens a lot after the first course, the contact person lets them know, and the show goes on when the crowd is ready, not by the clock.
Before a fire act, the performers check the ground, the distance from the guests and the wind. For LED, they agree the moment the lights go off with the DJ.
What the venue needs
Most shows do not need a stage. They need enough free floor to dance, a power point if the music is not coming from the DJ, and lighting you can control. For fire, get approval from the venue first.
Booking an 18+ show
18+ shows are handled separately and quietly. We need the address, the time, the number of people and the name of one person who will meet the performer. Everyone at the party must be 18 or older, and the performance is dance and entertainment only, nothing sexual.
About the process
Do I need to pay a deposit to hold a date?
The terms for holding a date depend on the event and are written in the quote we send you, including what is included, when you pay and what happens if plans change.
Can the plan change after it is agreed?
Yes, as long as there is time to coordinate with the performers. A small change like a time or a song usually works even a day before. Swapping a whole act is better done a few days ahead.
What if the venue does not allow fire?
We replace it with an LED act or a special entrance with dancers. The planner on the site makes that swap automatically when you pick a venue that is not suitable for fire.
Can I see the performers before the event?
You can ask for photos and videos of the show you chose, so you see the costumes and the energy before you book.
