Accessibility statement
This statement was updated in November 2026.
We want everyone to be able to read this site and contact us through it, including people who use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard or enlarge text.
The site was built in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, Israeli Standard 5568 and WCAG 2.1 at level AA, as far as possible.
What has been done
- all links, buttons and fields can be reached by keyboard, with a clearly visible focus;
- every page starts with a link that skips straight to the content;
- headings follow a consistent hierarchy, so screen readers can present the page structure;
- buttons and controls without visible text have labels for screen readers;
- text and background contrast meets level AA;
- text can be enlarged to 200% in the browser without losing content;
- if your device is set to reduce motion, the site shows no animations;
- page language and text direction are set correctly in Hebrew and English.
How the site was tested
The site was tested in Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, on desktop and mobile, with keyboard navigation and automated accessibility tools. Automated tests do not catch everything, so feedback from visitors helps us fix what they miss.
Known limitations
Contacting us opens WhatsApp or your phone dialer. The accessibility of those apps depends on their makers, not on this site. If you have trouble with them, ask us to call you back.
Accessibility at events
Shows take place at the venue chosen by the client, so physical access depends on the hall or home. If a guest needs an adjustment, such as a seat close to the floor or a show without fire and smoke, tell us in advance and we will plan around it.
Contact about accessibility
If you run into a problem, message us on WhatsApp or call, using the buttons on the site. Tell us which page, which browser and which device, and we will get back to you and let you know when the fix is live.
