Privacy policy

This policy explains what information is collected when you browse ourevent.co.il or contact us through it, what it is used for, and how to ask to see or delete it. It follows the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations made under it.

What the site collects while you browse

There is no form, no sign-up and no personal area on the site. As of this update, the site does not use traffic analytics, social media pixels or advertising cookies. Fonts and files load from the site's own server, so browsing does not send data to outside services such as Google Fonts.

Like any website, the hosting server keeps access logs with technical data: IP address, browser type, the page opened and the time. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting and are kept according to the hosting provider's policy.

When you press the phone or WhatsApp button, the site keeps a short count of clicks from the same address for a few minutes, stored in coded form rather than plain text. This blocks robots that try to harvest our phone number, and the count deletes itself.

What we receive when you contact us

When you message us on WhatsApp or call, we receive your phone number and whatever you choose to tell us: the type of event, date, place, guest count and a contact name. We use it only to answer you, prepare a quote and coordinate the event.

• event details go only to the performers working that event, and only as far as they need to get there and perform;
• the information is not sold or passed to advertisers;
• for 18+ parties we keep nothing beyond what coordination requires, and we publish nothing about the event.

WhatsApp and other services

WhatsApp is a service of Meta. Messages sent through it are also subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy, and we do not control how it stores data. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, you can call instead.

How long we keep information

Details of an enquiry that did not become a booking are deleted when they are no longer needed. Details of an event that took place are kept as long as accounting and legal duties require, and no longer.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Protection Law you may review the information kept about you and ask to correct or delete inaccurate information. You can also ask us to delete information that no longer needs to be kept. Send the request on WhatsApp or make it by phone, using the buttons on the site.

Minors, security and changes

Content about 18+ shows is for adults only, and we do not accept bookings for such shows from minors.

The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to its admin is restricted, and our phone numbers do not appear in the page code. If we add a tool that collects data, such as statistics, this policy will be updated first and the date at the top will change.
